چکیده

Polymorphism. Multiallelic dinucleotide repeat (CA-microsatellite) polymorphism in bovine genomic DNA, detectable by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), designated RM074. Source and Description. Sequence was obtained by conventional dideoxy methods from an M13mp18 template. The template was isolated from a "library" of size-selected ( -300 bp) MboI restriction fragments of bovine DNA by screening with an end-labeled (CAI 10 oligonucleotide probe. Primers were synthesized to amplify a region containing the imperfect repeat 5'( CAI 7CT( CA)g-3'. Method of Detection.
